Krishna Yalamanchi founded HOA Alchemy — and later Association Property Managers — after nearly a decade working inside property management and watching the same problem repeat itself: boards hired a management company, handed over their finances and their homeowners, and then waited. Monthly reports arrived. Checks were cut. And somewhere in between, the board lost touch with what was actually happening in their community.
With 9 years of property management experience and 10+ years in information technology, Krishna believed there was a better way. One built on real-time transparency, purpose-built software, and genuine local accountability — not legacy systems and monthly PDF reports.
Today Association Property Managers serves 500+ communities across Michigan and California with that same founding conviction: when management is transparent, boards make better decisions, homeowners stay engaged, and communities thrive.

Dhivysh leads product at Association Property Managers, building the technology platform that powers our communities — including banking integration, live vendor location tracking, and Unified Messaging across email, SMS, USPS, and push notifications.
