Important Notice

Association Property Managers is working hard to keep our communities and employees safe as the world navigates through these challenging times. Below you can find important information and resources regarding how the COVID-19 Virus affects your HOA.

Our office will be closed for in-person visits. Please use the drop box or mail items which can not be emailed.
All non-emergency work orders have been suspended until the stay-a-home order is lifted.
We are still accepting new maintenance requests and will process them once the stay-at-home order is lifted. However, you may not receive an immediate response due to the high volume of calls and email we are receiving.
All on-site in-person meetings have been suspended.
All association dues payments mailed by check or money order are still being processed with minimal delays.
All association dues payments made electronically either manually through our portal, or automatically (ACH) are still being processed as normal.
